Ethics and Integrity

To ensure the sound development of ethical business practices within the organization and to establish a robust operating model, Dynamic has formulated a “Code of Ethical Conduct,” under which the Board of Directors and the management team commit to actively implementing the ethical business policy. In addition, Dynamic has established a Legal Affairs Office, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, as the dedicated unit responsible for promoting corporate ethical management. This unit is in charge of formulating and overseeing the ethical business policy and prevention measures, and reports to the Board of Directors at least once a year. In 2025, the reporting date was July 28, 2025.

Responsibilities of the Legal Affairs Office

  1. Assisting in integrating integrity and ethical values into the company's business strategies and formulating anti-corruption measures in compliance with legal and regulatory systems to ensure ethical business operations.
  2. Developing programs to prevent unethical behavior and establishing standard operating procedures and behavior guidelines for relevant business activities.
  3. Planning internal organization, staffing, and responsibilities, and implementing mutual supervision and checks-and-balances mechanisms for business activities with higher risks of unethical behavior.
  4. Promoting and coordinating the implementation of training and advocacy for the company's integrity policies.
  5. Designing and implementing whistleblowing systems to ensure their effectiveness.
  6. Assisting the Board of Directors and management in reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of preventive measures for ethical business operations, regularly evaluating the adherence of related business processes, and preparing reports on compliance.

Implementation Status

  1. In 2025, Dynamic strictly complied with relevant laws and regulations and maintained an independent stance; no political donations were made.
  2. In 2025, Dynamic had no incidents of corruption or bribery, discrimination or harassment, customer data privacy breaches, conflicts of interest, money laundering, or insider trading, and faced no related penalties.
  3. In 2025, Dynamic continued to uphold the rights and respect of every employee, with no human rights-related complaints reported.
  4. In 2025, Dynamic received no reports or cases related to breaches of ethics or integrity.

Donations and Expenditures to Industry Associations Dynamic continues to engage with relevant members through networks and online groups organized by industry associations. In addition to actively participating in functional committees under the Taiwan Printed Circuit Association (TPCA), such as the Human Resources Promotion Committee, Environmental Safety Committee, and PCB Equipment Safety Committee, Dynamic also actively participates in online training events initiated by the TPCA Academy.
