The following content is described by Dynamic’s eighth physically challenged employee and his supervisor. We are greatly encouraged by it.
I am 20 years old. I graduated from the National Jhongli Commercial High School in June 2016. After graduation, I was recommended by school for a job at a convenience store. I tried my best to do the job well until the manager thought it was not good enough. That ended my eight month employment and I was frustrated. Luckily the Labor Affairs Bureau of Taoyuan city government helped me find my current job. I was so nervous on my on-board day, but my supervisor Mr. Tsai has been very patient with me. He told me “Nothing is more important than safety. It’s fine not knowing what to do, just never get yourself hurt.” When I received the first month salary, I was very happy, and so was my mom. I have been working at Dynamic for four months now. My supervisor said I was doing a better job than him. It’s not an easy job but it makes me feel that I’m valuable. I like this job.
I am the above-mentioned supervisor. I recall the time when he was new, maybe it was the tension, learning was not so smooth. Gradually, we developed a good way to communicate. Through such communication, he soon became familiar with his work. Now, he is capable of being solely responsible for his section! Four months of time is not too long, he has turned himself into my indispensable little helper. Watching him work with his skilled action, my heart is filled with a full sense of accomplishment. It takes time for physically challenged to get the knack of the job, but as long as we give love and patience, their potential will eventually be developed.
