At the end of 2012, we announced our corporate vision, core value, corporate culture and business philosophy. We also announced that “people” are the most important asset. At Dynamic, we put people first, we care about employees’ needs, and we value talent cultivation.
Referring to the “Corporate Social Responsibility Code of Practice” and “Corporate Social Responsibility Promotion Organizational Framework” passed by the board of directors in May 2013, the chairman and president are appointed chairpersons of the “Dynamic Corporate Social Responsibility Committee”. Under the CSR Committee formed with the head of all departments, the CSR Office was established to promote CSR within Dynamic. Later in August the board passed the “Public Welfare Donation Regulation” as a reference for both Dynamic plants to regularly appropriate funds to public welfare to requite society.
CSR planning and achievement have since become part of the official board agenda and a major part of decision-making.
The Company set the following corporate social responsibility policies in year 2013. The effect of implementation is periodically reported and reviewed in the board meeting.

The 8th Corporate Governance Evaluation: Dynamic has ranked top 5% for six consecutive years
Dynamic has won the highest class, top 5% of listed companies for six consecutive years and ranked in the top 5% in the category of market value between NTD 5 billion and NTD 10 billion.
Dynamic conducted an indicator comparison based on the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) to identify the risks and opportunities associated with climate change. In 2020, Dynamic’s identified and ranked the climate-related risks through internal discussions among all departments at headquarters and the subsidiaries to inventory the climate change risk issues. In 2022, nine major climate risk issues were identified based on the identification results of 2020, and a matrix of climate risk materiality was drawn up. The potential financial impacts as well as the related risk management approaches and countermeasures brought by climate change were also revealed, to refine Dynamic’s governance of climate change.
